General Gift Card Terms
Telescope Studio LLC (“Telescope”) sets forth these Gift Card Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions” or “Terms”) to apply in addition to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy set forth on the salesloftpartner.swagstorefront.com website (“Salesloft Partner Store” or “Swag Store”). Telescope is the owner of the Swag Store and operates the website to facilitate the fulfillment of Salesloft’s branded physical products (“Swag”).
Acceptance
Gift Cards redeemed through third parties, issued by Salesloft, and/or provided to you via email are permitted as a form of payment on the Salesloft Partner Store. Gift Cards for the Swag Store will only be accepted to purchase products listed on salesloftpartner.swagstorefront.com.
Compliance
By redeeming Gift Cards for salesloftpartner.swagshop.com, you are certifying and representing to Telescope that the activities in connection with which the Gift Cards will be used will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and that the Gift Cards will not be used in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to others.
Value
The value of any Salesloft Partner Store Gift Card is determined by Salesloft for purposes of gifting Swag to its employees and customers. The value of the Gift Card is fixed, and prices in the Swag Store may be updated by Telescope at any time at Salesloft’s discretion and direction.
Service
Gift Cards are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash. Resale of Salesloft Partner Store Gift Cards is strictly prohibited. Gift Cards for the Salesloft Partner Store do not expire, however, if Salesloft ceases to require services from Telescope that support the website salesloft.swagstorefront.com, there will be no refunds for Gift Card values in your possession after the termination date of the contract for Telescope’s Services.
Balance
If you have a dollar value balance left on a Gift Card after a purchase, you can use the same Gift Card the next time you check out to redeem the full remaining value.
Multiple Gift Cards
If you have multiple Gift Cards, you can use them at the same time during checkout to complete a purchase, or you can use them for separate purchases at different times.
Cancelations
Telescope reserves the right to cancel and refund any order placed on its site at any time for any reason. Customers will be notified by email if this occurs and a new Gift Card will be issued for orders that were placed using a Gift Card. Customers cannot cancel their own orders; all sales are final.
Replacements
In the event of a lost Gift Card, please contact your Salesloft company admin. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced by Telescope directly.
Purchase Amount Above Gift Card Value
Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal are forms of payment permitted for purchases on the Salesloft Partner Store, and can be used in combination with your Gift Cards to complete any purchase. Telescope uses industry standard third parties to process payment and will never store or directly handle your payment information. Telescope uses trusted third parties to process and store your personal information securely to facilitate purchases made on the Swag Store. For more details, please reference the Privacy Policy.
Updates
Updates to these Gift Card Terms and Conditions can be made at any time by Telescope with no notice. Please check back frequently for updates.
